For me the original and still the best to achieve this is that old stager Adobe Photoshop (these days easily downloaded along with Adobe’s other apps such as Illustrator, Premiere Pro & InDesign using the Adobe Creative Cloud – directly from Adobe.com with a 1 month free trial). However there are many other solutions that can do a similar job and I’ve listed a few below.
